Roaming not working

Anonymous
Not applicable

My roaming isn’t working in France. I have mobile data switched on and roaming on. The 3 G sign is on at the top of the screen. Still not working. Any thoughts?

Hi @Roaming

Try a manual search for another network, also....Check your APN

 If yours is idata.o2.co.uk change it to mobile.o2.co.uk (or vice versa).

Best of luck

@Roaming

You could ring customer services and check if there is a roaming bar on your account. It's free to call

Live chat if you have Wi-Fi as a last resort. It's always best to call if you possibly can though even live chat should be competent enough to help with this.
