My roaming isn’t working in France. I have mobile data switched on and roaming on. The 3 G sign is on at the top of the screen. Still not working. Any thoughts?

Hi @Monty1
It sounds as if you may have a roaming bar placed on your account.
Contact customer services, you may have to use live chat if your phone isn't working and ask them to check and remove the bar. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Try a manual network search for available networks.

The data APN can be found in the network settings under mobile data.

You might have a roaming bar on your account in which case you would need to contact o2 to rectify Guide: How to find help & contact O2
But try a manual network search first to try different local networks.
You can also try again now with 4g enabled.
