Hi all,
I recently started a new contract with O2, porting my number from a previous contract with them. However, I still have issues sending and receiving messages from the ported number, and still sometimes use the temporary one. I’m not sure why, it’s very temperamental- it does it sometimes and other times it uses the ported number.
any advice would be great, is this something I need to speak to O2 customer service about?

If you have an iPhone, make sure you have the ported number set as primary and change or ensure all your calls and messages are using the primary number.
If that's all set correctly, You need to contact O2.
