Hi, I've had a fraud bar put on my sim by mistake back in November.
I have raised the issue on the phone with customer service multiple times over the past 5 weeks and every time they say 24 hours to resolve, but nothing has been resolved.
I'm now being charged for this time even though my sim hasn't been working for 40 days.
Even the store say they cant help.
Any help appreciated thanks.
