Hi all - my account was impersonated 1st December during the night and I woke up to “welcome to o2 emails” realising 3/4 extra esims on my account. Phoned o2 and my account was instantly blocked and an investigation started. Unfortunately it’s now the 18th of December and my account is still blocked. All tickets were resolved within the first week but I cannot get anywhere we removing the bar. I can’t use my phone to ring but I’ve used countless online web chats and visited my local O2 store. Every time I’m told the previous agent did nothing but this agent will. Every single time. It’s a few days before Christmas, I live alone, parts in Ireland and no phone is increasing destressing. I use my phone for business and have down for 15 years. I haven’t been able to work for the past 3 weeks due to to this and I’m loosing the will to live.
Can anyone help?

Thank you I have contacted them but it’s a slow process. They attempt to send me a code via text to confirm my id but I can’t receive texts.

Persist with O2 via Instagram or Facebook, @Misssohara - that is the only option you have left at this stage, I fear.

It’s been lifted!!
I contacted o2 on instagram and they lifted it straight away… I don’t know if it was right time / right person or them sick of hearing from me but it’s finally off and I have data again. I even got 53 off my bill for the inconvenience! Better than nothing.
