Phone unlocking

I have been waiting 4 days for a message to unlock my phone. As I have moved to a different network. Was told it would be a max of 72 hours and yet still nothing. With no service on my phone at all. This is beyond ridiculous and each time I contact o2, they make excuses and say something different each time and nothing’s being done. It’s like being held on the network, when you no longer want to stay with o2. Never recieved such poor service from any company/supplier !!

Lots of problems recently.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

I do hope that’s soon as this is really bad and I’m not sure how people are expected to be without service or phone for such a long period of time. Yet the staff seem to know nothing each time I contact them. So frustrated
