I know from experience that porting a number from Virginmedia can prove difficult but if you haven't received any notification from O2 then you need to call them as your request has not reached the porting team.

I don't know how they are with PAC Codes but I would avoid them at all costs from personal experience.
They put a default on my credit report for not clearing the charges when i cancelled in a 14 day cooling down period.
I made them give me £50.00 I was obviously not happy about the situation which they did and their credit team removed it from my report.
