I took out a new contract with O2, a Plus plan, which included a new sim and disconnection of one of my numbers. The cs adviser said "trust me" after a lengthy conversation. No word for a month. Paid November bill as usual then December bill dropped but cs could not access it when I rang, so agreed to cancel the TNT that had not been "on us" as stated and ring me back the next day.
During the previous week I had been plagued by scammers by the way!
CS did not call me back and I have been charged for TNT Sports and two months on my new sim number.
Cheesed off with O2 after being a Virgin customer since NTL and staying on with O2 after merger, the customer experience has deteriorated in my view.
I am still looking at a bill 3 x higher than expected and not sure if this is just a one off after the changeover!
Any clarity would be helpful.

Try the social media team which are UK based on either facebook or Instagram

Appreciate this is not customer service but having been scammed recently knowing it is a secure connection and uk based is encouraging. I don't do Instagram or communicate via facebook usually.Thanks for the tip.
