every single month my phone bill is £100 pounds or just under, and the cant give me a straight answer to why, and then when i say im struggling to pay it every month, they say that they can only put a hold on it but it will cost to do so...
is there anything they can do?

You have monthly allowances and everything outside of those are chargeable.
Things such as international calls, premium rate calls and texts, MMS messages etc.
