ARGH!!!!!
every single month my phone bill is £100 pounds or just under, and the cant give me a straight answer to why, and then when i say im struggling to pay it every month, they say that they can only put a hold on it but it will cost to do so...
is there anything they can do?

In MyO2 under 'view bill' can you see anything under 'extra charges and purchases' ?

OMG, once you find out whats causing these charges it would be good to post back to find out how you got this resolved or if you upgraded your tariff?
