Not receiving Blue Monday prize winning emails

I haven't received Blue Monday prize winning emails for a while, around since June, despite playing every week - lost out on a number of prizes! 

 

I added noreply@bluemondaysdrops.co.uk and *@bluemondaysdrops.co.uk to my trusted emails list (i.e. not to block) during the summer but still no good.

 

Earlier this month I've been in touch with the Priority Content team via email, but even then they have still not managed to resolve this not receiving prize email issue.  

 

Anyone able to help please? TIA

If you are not receiving the emails and o2 have been unable to resolve you need to contact your email provider and get them to investigate, as it might not be getting past there security and heuristics..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Assume you have checked spam and junk folders?

My email provider is Microsoft (Hotmail). They've checked, can't see anything wrong.  O2 have been investigating for 3 weeks now, but no real answer other than add bluemondaydrops.co.uk to safe sender list, which I have for months. 

 

Check my junk folder numerous times daily, nothing.

I have a feeling this is down to Hotmails (garbage) new anti bulk email policy, which dumps emails from email addresses that send more than 5000 emails... (from my day job we see this more and more)..

What happens if you set up a gmail account and get the email sent to that email address?  

Like a lot if people I dumped the absolute joke that Hotmail has become, and I advise anyone against using it..

Interestingly, a few of my friends use Hotmail and Outlook, both Microsoft, but they have no issues.  

 

I am unable to change where my emails are sent when I claim my prize, my email is pre-populated and greyed out so can't change.
