Final bill on a number not mine

O2 are harassing me daily for an un paid bill which is not mine. Have spoken to them and was told that all is sorted and no money is owed. Still receiving threats so have put in an official complaint which is being looked at apparently. In the meantime am getting bombarded with text, emails demanding payment. What else can I do? Jim

Nothing at all now you have raised a complaint.

You need to wait for the outcome of that first.
