O2 open Discount - contract over 28 days old error

Just upgraded my phone but cannot apply O2 Open discount.It states that my discount cannot be applied as my contract is older than 28 days but I just got a new contract.Does anyone no a solution for this issue.

Sim swap

Hi, I have received emails tonight about a sim swap and a change to my contract. I haven’t requested anything at all. I also now have no phone signal. Does anyone have any idea as I can’t speak to anyone until the morning.
