I ordered a new phone from O2 on 12.12.2025 for it to be delivered on the 15th December then I got a message saying it was delayed to be delivered the next working day. Then on the delivery date I got a nother message saying this one was delayed so I rang DHL the delivery courier and they said they had lost the phone so I rang O2 and spoke to a manager and she cancelled the phones and reordered another phone with 24 hour delivery so I was expecting it on Friday but got another message saying it was delivered again so that's 3 phones that O2 ordered and not one has come. So what am I supposed to do I've been waiting 13 days now I'm going mad
