I haven't received Blue Monday prize winning emails for a while, around since June, despite playing every week - lost out on a number of prizes!
I added noreply@bluemondaysdrops.co.uk and *@bluemondaysdrops.co.uk to my trusted emails list (i.e. not to block) during the summer but still no good.
Earlier this month I've been in touch with the Priority Content team via email, but even then they have still not managed to resolve this not receiving prize email issue.
Anyone able to help please? TIA

I’ve got the exact same issue, been ongoing for weeks and getting nowhere. The problem is the same as the note in message 7, how can I get this resolved as the people I’ve spoken to seem absolutely clueless

Have you tried contacting the Priority team, @Andrewparkes? Here's one way to do that:
