Check your e-mail Spam folder, @sandorka1
Also check the e-mail address being used by the Priority app and by your MyO2 match.
Also explore the help options in the Priority app under My Priority at bottom right, then the gear wheel top right:

so i dont have any other folder, just Inbox, no spam or other like at gmail or other mail servers, before i received all mssg from them ...
i sent allready, and isnt get any answer ! 😞 i seen an o2 guru answer here, but he isnt get in touch yet ! ..
