Applied for the free 90 Just Eat+ offer on Saturday, which should have been applied automatically within 3 business days - it's now the end of Wednesday and heard nothing apart from the on screen confirmation after completing the form. I'm also aware from other forums that there are members who applied on Thursday/Friday who are in the same situation.

Is this just a delay or is there an issue with the offer?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Going on the fact that Just Eat are the worst food delivery company in the UK, it wouldnt surprise me if it was a delay on their end, they seem incapable of delivering food 99% of the time (just look on reddit).

I would contact Just Eat and also contact Priority via the option in the Priority app...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
