Pizza express voucher not working!

Tried to redeem my £20 voucher yesterday in pizza express, staff members said they’d never seen these before as had to be a qr code? Code wouldn’t work and had to pay full price…. Anyone got any ideas what I should be doing with the code, the staff don’t seem to have a clue. This was at MacArthur Glen outlet in East Midlands

There have been problems, @asjd - but with voucher issue by Priority, not redemption. Tagging @Dave-O2 who may reply to you later Monday about this peculiar turn of events.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You need to contact Pizza Express aas they are the ones issuing the codes to o2, and there is nothing o2 can do about it apart from contacting Pizza Express

 

It does tell you on the code any issues to contact Pizza Express

In truth, Pizza Express should be training the staff, as wouldnt be the first time they dont know how to process an offer

Thanks, @madasaf1sh - as I have not been in the enviable position of winning one of these Pizza Express vouchers, I was unaware of that bit of useful info. Great info - @asjd does that help you?

I have given mine to my brother and sister in-law so they can treat my nephew and nieces as I cant stand Pizza Express as its crap pizza, (I was spoilt working in Italy) so no chance am I going neat the place...

I would also contact Pizza Express direct via the support channels  above, as they are the only ones who can tell the restaurant staff to stop been useless...

Hi, they stated the code is not valid because it had 11 digits when they typed it in the computer it wouldn’t let them press ok, where as my friend used his it was a 9 digit code that worked fine. He did say it had to be 9 digit for it to work. Hopefully get this resolved with dave it was the Windsor branch the worker was nice n tried to help me but was unable to resolve.
