You need to contact o2 customer services on 0344 809 0202 and request a proof of purchase.

You can also download a Proof of Purchase from 360, didn't know that existed until now @jonsie  

 

So try that as welll @David60  to get your Proof of Purchase..

I guess I've been lucky with the change to 360

I've had none of the problems others have experienced

Even the two seperate numbers I have were automatically merged for some reason but it's actually a real improveement on the legacy system as there are more functions and info available

Incidentally the app was updated this morning so maybe a fix in place for other customers' issues
