Hi there.

Our phones have been cut off as last bill was not taken. Can you help us to pay our bill and get set up again? We cannot make calls to phone o2.

This is not O2. This is a customer community.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. Use Skype to call if you have no phone to use: Guide: A Guide to Skype 

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
