Incomplete proof of postage

Hello

I have had issues with my phone and have had to send it in to get repaired as still under warranty. It has been bounced back as I require a specific proof of purchase.

The staff on the call centre were lovely with sending it me! However it was incomplete as no order number or date was on it, the latter of the 2 being essential to be on it from what I have been told by the engineer.

Unfortunately the call centre could not give me any advice on how to resolve this issue. I have already e-mailled complaints to get it sorted. Is there any way I can resolve it quicker, as my warranty hasn't got long left?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
