Can someone help me please. Early December bought phone didn't liked it. So decided to return. Thru o2 i made return label, sent it back. Few days later checked track number and it shows parcel been delivered. So i just het rid of postage proof . What can happen with parcel of its delivered. But still no refund after 3 weeks. I contacted o2. So apparently they can't found parcel in warehouse ,they also checked track and been very surprised that they cant phone. So it's been lost or stolen after delivery. They say they can't do anything about it. They asking for proof of postage. I sent complaint email. Still no answer everyone is ignoring me.

@Bozena1 If you have no tracking number or proof of postage and acceptance of delivery, you could be out of luck.

I kmow track number. I still got copy of label that i used for return. I made that label thru link from 02. So its on my email
