@MercedesS Are we any further with the answer to this?
is data still capped or are new customers charged £1 per day if they go over?
Also if they are charged, can the apply a data cap to stop it from happening?

Hey guys I have an update on this one and can confirm that O2 wont charge for extra data. If your allowance is used you need to purchase a bolton or change tariff.

It's taken well over a month to get the answer to this. It seems every question has to be debated at boardroom level in Telefonica HQ. It really isn't good enough.
