Why is it my boyfriend and I live at the same address and he pays £13 and my bill goes up to £20?

My boyfriend and I have lived at (REMOVED) for over 2years .His bill remains at £13 and is forever going up-£18 going up to £20?I am self employed.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Three and a half hours after reporting and the content is still there!

I'm getting the feeling this community is not a priority any more

I can only assume that @Dave-O2 is left to do everything these days, even deal with this and customers like the agents we had and who were dumped.
