I have received an email with my contract which I have signed, Can you please advise where I need to upload this document. I s there an email? or a section where document may be uploaded?

It is usually electronic signature, @Anthony4321 - your e-mail should contain the full instructions, and opening and acknowledging receipt by clicking the "read" or "open" button does acknowledge back to O2.
