Using data in he EU zone

When I'm in UK I have 100 GB on my plan, in EU calls and messages are unlimited, but the same doesn't goes for the data so up to how much GB can be used in EU zone without been charged?

How to access all 3 contracts on My o2

I can only access my daughters phone details on My o2. How do I add my own phone and my other daughters. All three are held in my name and paid from the same account.
