im trying to log into my o2 account online as my phone was stolen and i need a new sim card sent out with my number so i can put it in my new phone but the website want to send me a text so i can confirm who i am but they want to send it to the phone...

Charges

I’m being charged extra for using my phone abroad however when I set up my contract I opted to pay extra a month so that I don’t get charged when I use my phone abroad as I’m going to be here for 2 years. I’m being charged on top of that cost.

I am charging my phone after several months of not using it. Turned on the phone to find there is no coverage. Please confirm that I still have access to my account as I still need to use this phone even though I have another. Thanks. Janet
