I need a sim replacement, my sim is damaged and doesn’t work

Your best option is to get the sim replaced free at your local O2 store. They will transfer your number for you. Or you could contact customer service. Help here :

If you pop into a o2 store they should be able to do it there and then because if you call customer service you will have to wait for the new sim card to come in the post.

I need a replacement sim as mine is damaged. How do I get one during this lockdown period as your shops are shut and i cannot use my mobile?
