I am currently in Cyprus but when I arrived I had a message telling me I need the region 3 bolt on for use outside of Europe. I was told my texts etc would be a minimum of £3.91 per minute.

 

Cyprus is in Europe so why do I need to pay for the region 3 bolt on? My calls, texts and data should be covered by my current package
