Hi, our son has run out of data on his rolling plan. I’ve requested that he changes from 10GB to 15GB but My O2 says this won’t happen until 15th May. Am I ok to renew the rolling plan as otherwise he has no data for 2 weeks? Thanks in advance.

@Trayhay

You'll need to add a data bolt on or call O2 to change plan early.

4445 for o2.

Except it still won't change until the current plan runs out, so no win for more data now.

I was hoping the bit at the end would help - probably not, knowing O2, you're right 🤷

You can choose to switch to a different Rolling plan any time. When you do, we’ll take the payment for your new plan amount straight away – and when your current plan ends, we’ll start you on the new one automatically. After that, your Rolling plan payment will renew as normal each month

"when your current plan ends" is the pertinent part.
