I gotta give credit for this line in the email...

"Some of the changes to our out-of-bundle charges and Roaming Limits on Tariffs over 25GB, may mean you have the right to exit your agreement without having to pay an Early Termination Charge. If you choose to exit your agreement and have a related Device Plan you will also have to repay it in full"

So pay off device plan, and you can leave without an early termination charge....
....

....isn't that the point of refresh anyway?
