All my outgoing and incoming calls keep dropping? Can you help me please?

It may just be local congestion in your area, or you may need a new sim. If you have an O2 store nearby they can do a sim swap for you. If you don't have one nearby you can request a new sim from customer service and do the swap yourself: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

Customer service is 202 from your mobile, or 0800 032 1402. If you can't call from your phone you can call the 0800 number using Skype: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-Topic/A-Guide-To-Skype/m-p/1305104/highlight/true#M181823
