Hi I'm trying to change my bill date. It's sue around the 27th. It's saying I have an outstanding bill and to clear that 1st. I don't have any outstanding bills. Just want to change it to the 29th as that's the date I'm paid.

It's because this months bill has already been generated.
Wait until it's paid on the 27th or you can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You also won't be able to choose the 29th @Colettet08 . Either the 28th or 1st.
