My ancient Top-up card finally expired (magnetic strip problem) so I picked up a new one at an O2 shop 3 days ago. Since then I have repeatedly tried to ring 248 to register the new card - only to be told - "the service is not available at the moment - please try later". Can someone please tell me WHEN this service WILL be available?

Hi @Anonymous this is not customer service you are talking too. Maybe you need to call pay as you go customer service on 4445 from your o2 phone & they could probably help

Hi guys,
I've got some info about this and the 248 line was experiencing some issues but they have been resolved and it should be working fine. If anyone has any problems with it give me a shout.
