Is 03303035325 a legitimate number from O2?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Anyone else getting calls from this number 0330 303 5325 and can anyone from O2 confirm that this is a legitimate number O2 would call from or whether it is from a 3rd party "on behalf of O2"

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous Another thread here about the same number

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/Is-03303035325-a-real-O2-number/td-p/1036085

A 'trusted partner' probably and I would avoid...We never advise upgrading or taking out a new contract from any cold caller...

Very sensible.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I got this call, offered me tablet, asked if family or friends wanted to join O2. I said how do I know you are from O2 and not a scammer. She then told me my address what phone I had and when my contract ends. I said I was going to move to Sky mobile as cheaper to get rid of her. She also seemed to be giggling as she spoke.

Guy called, got my name wrong, acted very cheekily, called me "Mate" & when I said I was not his mate said should I call you sir? Then asked if I had been knighted- guess what - ended call immediately and is now saved as a spam number. Imbicile!

Could have had a new friend there!

I'm guessing an O2 trusted partner though not very professional.

I just had a call from this number & couldn't understand a single word he said. I told him so & hung up. He hasn't called back ... yet!
