Ok so I changed my password and now I can't log back into the O2 app, anyone else having this issue and/or know the solution to fix it please? Ive tried deleting it and redownloading, turning phone on and off, same with the wifi and it hasnt sorted it, I can log in on my laptop and am 100% certain the username + password is correct. TIA

@Tia

Have you rebooted your phone? Turned it off and back on? That might fix it....

If on Android, long-press on the app and go into settings and force-stop and then delete the app's cache.

See if that helps...

Do you have an option to log out in the app on an iPhone?

I found out the issue, thought Id share just in case - I have to emails signed to my account (idk why) I went to O2 they couldn't do anything but they told me to call 202 - I did and they changed my email and gave me a temp password - sorted, although apparently I ordered a bolt on for the travelling which I didn't so now I have to go it and get that cancelled:')
