Hi, I lost my new phone and sim abroad. I have my old phone containing old sim. Can I reactivate that sim or do I need to order a new sim and wait until I return to the UK to get the new one?

@TobyC1 You must report the phone and sim as lost. O2 will send you a new sim, but only to the UK address your account is registered to: Lost or Stolen O2 Device

Hi Bambino thanks for your response. I want to report my phone lost but it seems the only way I can do so is by making a phonecall which is something I can't do as the sim on my old phone is inactive.
They send a verification code to your number. Which again I can't access as that goes to my old phone.
