Incorrect extra added to account

Hi there,

 

Just moved from EE to O2 and noticed I could apply an extra to my account so I chose 6 months of Audible. It was the only tab open on my browser at the time and it took about 5 minutes to load then said I had chosen 6 months of Disney Plus which is not right.

 

There doesn't seem to be any way to change this, does anyone know how I could have it corrected?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
