My O2 PAYG sim has suddenly stopped working in Ireland. Away for work currently and my personal O2 phone no longer allow outgoing calls. I get a standard "this service does not allow access to this number" message when trying to dial out. Same result when trying to call O2 themselves on 4445.
Also noticed in my Call Settings that "Call Barring" has been enabled but I don't know the barring password to unset this.
I've no idea what has happened, this used to work fine abroad until recently.
Please advise. Many thanks

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

The call barring bar is usually set on your phone, and can be undone byt entering your PIN number (it can be the same as used on the phone or try 0000).
Try this in the dialer as well

Call barring also shows when the network does not allow you to make calls, for whatever reason.
