Hi, on my laptop, logged into O2.  From Menu > Billing History.  When I click on View Previous Bills, this is when I get the error.  I've also tried by logging onto a different laptop, and get the same error.

Hi @JHM - make sure you have logged out of the Community and login to your MyO2 account in your browser to accomplish your task before you log back into the forum. Using an Incognito tab in your browser to get at your bill helps as well. It is working ok, if you take that approach, as @madasaf1sh says above.Good luck.

@JHM - afraid there is nothing for it but to reach out to O2, the Social Media Team should be able to help with this, links are below. If SM is not your thing, then a call to 202 around now should get through. Good luck!
