Im unable to use my phone for calls texts and data as I have been cut off however everything is saying is paid to date and can not pay any additional payments any ideas?

Hi @Morgan97 - Nobody here has access to your account, @Morgan97, and this looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217).
