I cannot seem to access my previous months/older bills. I did upgrade to a new tariff two weeks ago? O2 are now only showing the new tariff details and all of my history and olds bills etc are now missing. I don't think it is due to the tariff change as I have changed tariff before and maintained all of my account history. I also noted had to recreate my log in credentials recently under a new system on virgin media/02. I am now wondering if this it due to a change of system recently enacted. Has any one else experienced this challange?

A lot changed about 2 years ago as a new system, 360, was released. That most likely explains the loss of your historical bills, @Willd
You can ask O2 via their Social Media Team using either link below for copy bills if you need them - but be persistent until an advisor engaged with you via either X or FB Messenger.
