Resolved! App not available, no info on my account on website

I was just trying to check on my account to check the billing and see what bolt ons I have and all of a sudden I am unable to log in to my o2, it says this isn't available to me yet? It then brings Mr to log in on the website but there are no details...

Identification on account details

I spoke to one of the O2 customer assistant this morning regards this regards my O2 account details.I was told to expect a an email to request for my identity details.

Resolved! Phone stolen

Good afternoon, I am writing to say that my phone has been stolen and I don’t know what I should do! I’ve reported it as stolen to the police but I don’t wanna keep paying it if it’s been stolen. please helpKate Offler

My 02 issues

I have just looked on my o2. I did have 3 mobile numbers under my account but for some reason there is now only 2. I wanted to access the bill of the 3rd one but I am unable to access it as the number has disappeared. Many thanks
