Hi, I’ve just bought an IPhone 13 but my current sim doesn’t access 5G. How do I order a 5G sim for my current phone number?

Quickest and safest way is to go in store with photo ID.

@SteveBB If you order the sim online or over the phone you will be disconnected from your current sim before you receive the new one. Incredibly stupid way for O2 to do that, but that's what happens.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Just so you know you will need a 5G capable phone (presuming you have seeing as you are requesting a 5G sim) but you need to be an area covered by O2 5G
