Hello,
We have a booking to watch Back to the Future at the adelphi theatre. The tickets were booked via the O2 priority app and included a free drink and ice cream. We cannot see any information on the tickets or website to show that we have this included or information on how to redeem.
The priority app tells us to just go to the bar to get our free stuff. How do they know? Do we need to show them something?
