hello!
I completed a trade in of my old iPhone 14 (for which I was offered £106) and also accepted the £100 promo offer as I was buying an iPhone 17.
i have an email from October 18th stating the £206 was payable - the £106 to be added to "bill credit" and the £100 promo to be added to my device plan. I can see neither credit has yet been applied, and wasn't given a timescale - any ideas?
