I am trying to buy a bolt on all night

I have tried 3 time or 4 times to buy a bolt on but it won't let me and I am almost out of data why is this

As customers like yourself, we wouldn't know.
I'd try contacting customer service after 8.00am this morning http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or try to add the bolt on again this morning as O2 update their systems overnight.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

@Oonagh as you are a business customer you need to ring Business Customer Services on 8002 if you find you are still having problems. Between 8-8:30am is the best time to call to avoid a long wait.
