Change address on my business account

Hello 

I want to change my address on my account but there is no obvious way to do this on the website and the app directs me to the website.  Where is this option ? I have tabbed through all the business account pages and spent 60 minutes on hold to the 02 helpline and am no further along...

Sorry to say this is always the way with business accounts, most vendors are backwards, and its more form filling or calls than apps or websites... 

Dependent on how many lines you have you can always try o2daisy and see if they can help, or speak to your account manager if you have one. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
