My account was moved a few years ago from a personal account to a business account without my permission.  On calling I was told that I would have to pay the two years worth of fees to end my contract.  I am now out of contract and want to move back to a personal account but don't know how?  I went into my local o2 shop and they couldn't access my account and were unable to advise how I could do this.  Any help is appreciated

If you're with O2 through a third party, you need to contact them for a PAC to port out or try to get it via text. Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

You can then port out to another network on PAYG temporarily, then port back into a new O2 personal account. Guide: Migration & porting into O2

If still direct with O2 just call 8002 to transfer to a new personal account. You may need to get a new account first though.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
