Can someone confirm this benefit is for the household and not just the person who has their name on the VM account?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Volt Megaguide is the guide you need, @strickers - it contains the timelines and contact points for queries like yours. Good luck!

 

PS. If you want CS, you need to call 202, they don't visit this outpost, which is for other users of O2's offerings.

Volt mega guide says 14 days, it’s been 14 days. Supposed to be automatic and it isn’t.

Do both the VM and O2 addresses match exactly? That can delay things, the Guide advises what to do if that is the case - and other items that can be slowing your application. 

You did click on the "Join Volt" banner that is plastered all over the O2 website, @strickers?
